Your mission

For our Strategic Partnerships Team in Berlin, we are looking for a working student (all genders) to support daily partnerships operations, research and knowledge management, and communication and outreach.Overview of the position:Hours: up to 20 hours per weekStarting date: as soon as possibleDuration: one-year contractSalary: 16 € per hourLocation:Berlin, GermanyPartnerships Operations

  • Prepare briefing notes for the Strategic Partnerships team and support briefing notes for the executive management
  • Support coordination of relevant in-house meetings, processes, administration and logistics

Research and Knowledge Management

  • Research partnership opportunities and monitor calls for proposals
  • Research funding modalities and background on specific donors
  • Design or revise templates for tracking outreach and engagement
  • Support migration to Sharepoint and streamline knowledge management structures in the Strategic Partnerships team

Communication and outreach

  • Support the Strategic Partnerships teams on outreach to donors and external communication products
  • Support the Strategic Partnerships team in proposal review
  • Prepare internal communication products, analyses and knowledge sharing
  • Your responsibilities

Your knowledge, experience & skills

  • Currently enrolled in a university programme focusing on Fundraising, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, International Relations or related field
  • Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with international/intercultural contacts
  • Fluent in English, German desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Discreet in handling sensitive information
  • Prior fundraising experience a plus
  • Willingness and ability to work regularly from our Berlin office with remote options based on operational needs
