Research Assistant in Smart Energy Markets (f/m/x)

YOUR TASKS

» Conducting research in energy systems and markets, with a focus on electricity markets, trading algorithms, and blockchain-based solutions
» Designing and implementing reinforcement learning models for trading strategies
» Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team and engaging in international research networks, particularly within the EU-Horizon project, INTELLIGENT

YOUR PROFILE

» Master’s degree (or equivalent) in energy engineering, computer science, economics, physics or a related field
» A strong background in energy systems and electricity markets
» Proven programming skills, particularly in Python
» Knowledge of machine learning and reinforcement learning methods
» Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, international team
» Prior experience in large projects is a plus
